It was a beautiful Sunday in June.  The weather was perfect for us to venture out to some of the best backyard pools in America.  The crew was great and the vibe was right.  NMSA received a phone call awhile back from the Rivera family about doing a birthday party skate trip for their son Travis, and four of his friends, which we gladly accepted.  The Rivera boys are talented skaters, and have great attitudes toward skating and life in general.  NMSA loves that about them, just good old fashioned positive vibes!  Once we heard the line up of kids that were going, we knew it was going to be a great day.  In addition to Travis and Justin Rivera, we were joined by Tom Schaar, Zach Saraceno, and Austin Pointer.  Photographer Ray Zimmerman came out to shoot these awesome photos, check ‘em out!  Enjoy!

Summer is here!  We are looking forward to another awesome season with all of our skaters.  It will be EPIC!  Skate camps are filling up fast this year.  We do have a few spaces open so please contact us ASAP!  Also, please check the website for updates on 2013 fall and winter skate camps.

Week 2 of Spring Break was a blast!  Jack, Harlan, Max, Ryland, and Cole were able to skate with and hangout with Brian “Slash” Hansen over at Blackbox Distribution.  Everyone skated hard, and enjoyed skating with such an awesome pro.  Thanks Brian!

The NMSA crew always gets rewarded at the end of each week with NMSA certificates and personalized gift bags.  We all love to get free skate goodies!  We skated 18 different parks, including Arto’s pool, the DC park, Blackbox, Girl, and Syndrome distribution.  We couldn’t do it without the love and support from those guys.  Thanks!  Hope to see everyone for a fun-filled Summer!  Please check the website for dates and info.

We had a blast with this amazing crew for our Spring Break Week 1 2013!  Hank, Jackson, Kyle, Quinn, and Giles were a great group of students to have at camp.  We hope to see them back again!

After an awesome week of skating hard, the NMSA crew gets rewarded with certificates of achievements and a personalized bag full of goodies.  We are very proud of all our students.  Great job guys, and hope to see you soon!

AZ camp was a blast, this was a great bunch of kids!  The fun never stopped!  We were lucky to have our guest pro skater Andrew Cannon to come hang out and give away cool stickers.

After the camp, each kid received a Certificate of achievement  from Neal Mims Skate Academy.  Everyone also walked away with cool NMSA bags and other goodies.  We would like to thank all who participated, including parents and Aaron Forjan for shooting photos and helping with the crew!  We are looking forward to doing it again.
